What is  the Chanizz Return Policy?

       Due to all of our product are handmade and cutom made we do not reponsible for any dissatisfaction and incorrect size issue.The size guide and quality of materials were clearly stated in the product details . To help you chossing the right size.We already state the product size guide in the product description (on every product page). Therefore please measure your size before choosing the size 

 ORDER MODIFICATION

                  After your order has been placed, you have 8 hours to contact our customer service team at info@grizzshopping.com and request order modifications(size).Order cancellation are not included due to our system is automatic. All of your data will transfer to our factory automatically. We will do our best to attempt order modification within this time frame. Please note modification is not guaranteed, nevertheless in some situations the order goes through to our factory sooner, which does not enable us to halt the production process.

 

        WRONG PACKAGE RECEIVED /DAMAGE

                    We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. By the way,  it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

       PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

                    If your item has not arrived within 60 days ordered,Please contact our support team for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

       WRONG SIZING ORDERED 

                   Chanizz is not responsible for any customer input errors while ordering especially choosing the incorrect size/color.

       WRONG ADDRESS ORDERED 

                   Chanizz is not responsible for any customer input errors for the shipping address.

       RETURN COST RESPONSIBITY

                   Due to the product is the custom made just for you.Customer should responsible for return cost if it need

       RETURNS

                    Since your product is custom printed just for you, We can not process the returns for the dissatisfied reason. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Package Returned To Sender – Correct Address

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, Chanizz will reship the package to your customer for free after an address verification is complete by the Customer. All returned to sender orders will be destroyed by the courier or Chanizz will be charged for another custom tax, duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our production facility.

Package Returned To Sender – Missed Delivery Attempts

All missed delivery attempt orders that got returned to Sender who received notification from Chanizz from the carrier to contact them for a delivery arrangement will only be compensated with 50% Refund Credit.
